epassporte problem............:(

okay, so i tried loading my account with some money Via Credit Card...

and now its telling me i have to verify my credit card by telling epassporte the $ they took from my card, from 1cent to 2 dollars...

IVE ALREADY DONE THAT

ive done 50+ transactions with my credit card and now this happens

ugh, what to do.....what to do.....

anyone else have this problem?

apparently....they have so much fraud that they have to re-verify every single credit card

i asked...........ive been a member for 1year+...cant you just let it go through?

a possible problem with epassporte is they need to really structure and hire more support - fraud control - etc - people - if you look at competitive companies like neteller they have over 1000 employees and shit - compared with epassporte probably less than 50??

Cards that have been verified by Verified By Visa needs to go thru ePverify, a pending charge of up to $2 will be placed on your account, you have to enter the pending amount on the website to verify your account.
