    youtube clone?

    Anyone seen a cms script that will do a youtube type site?

      i've got one made, including full converter from any video format to any other (but specifically to FLV). custom flv player with ability to insert clicable (nonskipable) ad videos before/after the actual video, auto screen shot generator, the works. only reason i decided to hold off on the site is because the bandwidth bills would be huge and i can imagine spending my money on other things right now.

      price would be in the $5k range for the setup though. i spent too much time working on it to give it away for free. i'll throw in 5800 funny/crazy videos too already converted with descriptions, screenshots, etc.

          There is a 'leaked' youtube clone script going around that people claim to have reselling rights. It's selling anywhere from 20 bucks to around 80 bucks. Thanks to that leaked script, there are literally hundreds of youtube sites right now. Just make sure you don't buy that script. It's supposedly really buggy and the author is pretty pissed about the leak.

                  Isn't on2 just a compression engine that converts to flash? What he is offering is a total CMS with user interaction, tagging, etc coded.
