Is anyone else getting an error when they try to transfer money?

"You do may make any transfers until you have a verified load mechanism."

I cant quite work that one out although Im suspecting its just a glitch.

No I didnt know it was a requirement and it certainly hasnt been in the past. the past being up until about 4 or 5 hours ago.

Since when was that? I transferred money earlier today without any problems. I dont particularly want to add a card to the account as I never load the account myself.

Thats what Im hoping. It seems feasible with the Engrish reason as was pointed out above.
