I am going to build it, this will allow programs to fine tune their affilates ratios at where they think they should be, this program is going to be fast with execution time in 0.3 seconds there are absolutely no delays in the updating of stats. There will also be a database to cross verify affilates names in case they want to signup themselves ( so it wouldnt execute on test signups ).
