I know for programs like VOD, things will be different for everyone, but what's a good type of ratio for VOD?

I just started promoting a VOD site, and right now i'm currently at 1:100 for unique to free, but the 7 free members have yet to buy into any movies. What's the avg ratio of free members to paying members?

I know some paying members may just make me a few bucks and others may be whales, but i'm wondering what I can expect for the ratio of those who join for free and those who actually pay.
