Been a lurker for awhile, working mainly in mgp/tgp stuff. Well I recently came into a lot of content (been nice to buy all this cheap exclusive lately! thanks, VISA!) and now I am looking to set up a little program for my own traffic and that of some associates.
Here is the proposal. I need 2-3 page (max) paysite tours with join pages and members area templates. I also would need a few ads and banners, let's say 10 to start out, various sizes and types.
The designs need to be html and clean, with front page loading times under 1 minute on 56k. Some examples of designs I am leaning towards are:

What I am offering is as follows:
I will pay $500 for each design completed after final review. I will then set up an affiliate account in the designer's name with software I have, and send 1,500-2,000 hits per day (actual click thrus not exit consoles or blind links) to that affiliate account, of which the designer will get 70% commission, all rebills included. I will send traffic for 30 days, and the designer will have full access to all stats for the account. In return I expect 30 days worth of tweaking/changes if it is felt they are needed, no additional work will be asked for without further pay; only editing of the existing work.
Upon completion of the month all monies owed will be paid to the designer, and they will be paid once monthly for the remainder of all the rebills. After the 30 days of traffic are delivered (according to the contract) I will own the designs, and the designer will no longer be obligated to do any more changes for me.
Please just post if you are interested in this offer, and include any portfolio information you think would be appropriate. I am not doing this because I am a cheapskate or cannot afford good designs, I am doing this to try to get designs that are well-supported and work with a designer who is confident in their work (so much so that some of their payment is dependent on it). I have had too many problems lately and this is an attempt at an equitable solution for both parties involved.
