    Nocreditcard offers a best converting dialer I found. But I'm not sure, if it's ok to use it. Surfers 99% don't know, that they will pay $2/min, because of they're using ActiveX technology. The surfer is all the time in the browser and he need only to click agree.
    Is it ok to use it? And last, but no least, is it absolutely legal?

          are they really the best dialer?
          better then money tree?
          Perhaps someone who sent huge traffic to both of them will post a honest reply, without referral codes
          I don't use ICQ anymore.

                      Depends on the country.. I run a dialer for Spain that pays $.50 per min to start, nobody out there pays more. =)

                          I work for a european sponsor and we run dialers as well with nice rates and websites in 5 different languages.

                          The fact is that we do have a warning popup when the surfer wants to download our dialer. It warns him about the cost of our service, depending on his location. It's legal in France.

                          But check my sig and u'll see what i'm talking about...
