The first time you click on a MPG it asks you to open the file or save it. If you click on open and click that this should be done in the future too every MPG opens on the browser. Where the hell can I turn this off so I get the Save/open window again?

Sorry to be un-helpful. There are alot of things with IE that I have problems with. For example, once you click "never show me the window of save username & password for form", you can't undo it... without restoring defaults.icq: 20427689

You could always 'right click' 'save as' or even unassociate the extention with media player or whatever its running. This will affect all files within windows with that extention though.
