Some help please

I have a problem of someone using my email address to submit sites and galleries, but they are not mine by any means. I did a whois and the info provided is useless.
Does anybody know who runs this domain and site?

Whoever is using it is going to get me banned and I don't want that.

Is there anything that I can do besides trying to email all the link lists and telling them??

Piss em good! Report the database error to NSI and
have them put the domain on hold until the correct
whois info is entered.

Worldlinx runs the net block, the host is Canadian.

It's in some unassigned space, call Bell and ask, it's
against their AUP to do such things.

Besides emailing it to Netsol, also email his provider... Below is THAT info and if its not right there will be h*ll to pay!!

By rights his provider is bending alot of rules allowing it to go by when its reported. ;-)
