Talking to a webmaster of mine and they mention that recently they signed up with https://www.epssecurenet.com I wanted to know if anyone has had any dealings with them and if they are stable.

Not sure, but I think we have a common webmaster/site owner.
They have been pretty helpful and also added the recurring billing to her account even before reviewing the site.
I'll let you know how it goes when the site launches. -
