Depends on your approach to managing/growing it. If you wanna grow it fast and base that growth primarily on trading traffic, then thumb. If you wanna grow at a slower, but steadier rate, while optimizing for search engines and relying less on traded traffic, then text would be a much better choice. In terms of ROI, I think a thumb site would produce a quicker profit than a text site, while the latter would be more profitable in the long run.Whitehat is for chumps

Yep depends on if you want to grow the site with skim or bookmarkers.
Also a thumb TGP always seems to atract a higher percentage of traffic from crap countries like china, vietnam etc.Comment

Text all the way, no money in those circle jerk thumbs... put $10,000 in of feeder traffic, make back $20... Text will at least get some se traffic if done properly. Use em for link pop.
