yeah and any site calling themselves Play Boy is legit... very few people know how trademarks and copyrights work. unless you're a legal licensed trade/copy attorney you can't assume the law. Although Myspace the company is one word when spoken My Space is still the same, and it is more than likely tha anyone that hears the combinate be it separate or together will assume its Myspace. They have a worldwide brand, and any court would rule in there favor.
