I need a two quick scripts developed that read flat text file databases, put the data in variables and outputs them in an HTML template.

Basically I have a directory full of txt files.
page1.php will read a certain line from each txt file, and display that information wherever I put that variable.
page2.php?filename will address an individual txt file. It will take all the info from each line and output in the HTML, again whereever I specify the variables.
