wordpress bug?

I read in rss feeds fine into my wordpress and it adds the new posts,

Now when I try to call that blogs rss feed, wordpress sends out a bogus feed
saying

"A semi colon character was expected. Error processing resource"

Now I realize its the & sign, and needs to be & but why isn't wordpress converting this? It read in the feed fine, but can't output it's own work?

Same shit happens to me,I just delete the subscription and start more posts from whom ever the feed came from,it also screws up feedburner for me anyways

WTF!!

Just edit the wp-includes/functions-formatting.php file.
Make notes of what you changed so that in future updates you can go in and make the changes if they haven't been fixed.
Of cousre, you'll need to some PHP and RegExp

All my RSS feed that have permalinks linking to the site they come from give errors like
"A semi colon character was expected. Error processing resource 'http://www.ingoth.com/feed/'. Line 101, Position 55 "

My PHP skills suck at the moment
