They are finding Illegal Mexican Immigrants bound, gagged, and tied with duck tape across their lips shot execution style along the border coming into California.

Some are picked off like target practice more long range rifle shots, others are being captured like fleeing cattle and tortured to death.

Hmmm... looks like someone isn't working and playing well with others. The whole "blasting across the border illegally" thing really pisses me off, but I just don't see torture and murder as the answer.

That's nothing, Federales used kill families on the side of the road. It may still be going on. Whatever you do... don't travel the narrow highways at night. You may just find yourself pulling over to a flash light on the side of the road. I remember we did get pulled over at night one time. Federales had to get at least $100 each from my dad. I was small then and could'nt do shit.
