I don't get the numeric galleries (pics or vids). As a surfer I can surf all their promo content at once.

I guess 100% of the promo content is still not as much as you'd get in the member's area but if I've shot my load and not spent my money what good is it?

whats so bad about the surfer going back or forward a folder number? what if the gallery they see isn't a big turnon, but the next one is, and they give you a signup via that one? you gonna turn them away because its not from the gallery they first visited?

We've been monitoring our traffic on all pages for years - and our experience is that not many surfers "looks in the other folders".. and from time to time we actually see sales from these other folders.. so, with the cheap BW these days I don't think it's a problem at all...

For alot of sites.. mostly reality sites with lots of different girls, it's "just that girl" who makes the surfer sign up.. so if he finds her by looking in my folders it's all good with me.. and the ones I lost because they saw enough to jerk off only costed me the BW

That's true, but he would get to see more different galleries/lay outs etc that could draw his attention to a sponsor. It's also easier to just change a number once you found the kind of movies you like, than click on various links and hope there's something you like there. Plus some webmasters cut longer movies into pieces and then just use a different number on their galleries. This way the surfer could get access to a long video instead of just various short clips in a row.
