any1 here taking or has taken supplements that increase your testosterone. Not steroids, but supplements that you can buy at Vitaminshoppe like the Xyience Xtest Testosterone supplment???

I take a nightly 25mg of DHEA, available from supermarkets/drug stores/vitamin shops. I'm 66, so it seems appropriate for me, but be forwarned that I've heard some comments about concerns over cancer from such supplements---do some Internet research on it before starting DHEA??

Yea, DHEA is not for me...im looking for physical enhancement. would like to put on more size and still stay ripped. i have reached a plateau and look the same for years...

i dont think i could ever inject myself with steroids....
