The reason you're got getting much sympathy for your daughter is because you've been proven to lie about everything, and people think you're lying about that too. If it's true, it's terrible, no parent should ever outlive a child and I feel incredibly bad for you. No one should be pissed off about accusations regarding Dave (aka Lovematch, Hippidy, ContentGod and more) unless they know all of the facts...

Everything that has been stated has been proven...in one way or another...over the past few years (I do not personally know about his daughter, but would love to see Dave's proof he promised). I do vaguely remember the time I heard about his daughter dying and the rucuss that surrouding his claims at the time. I also remember Dave trying to sell content after announcing her death. (I am paraphrasing here...but something along the lines of I have to go to her funeral...then the next post saying something like but my content). I have two kids, and if one of them died...anything work related can kiss my ass. No Dave, I do not have the logs handy, and I will not post them...Many other people saw the posts and will back up the story.

I was in the Dallas courtroom with Randy from AMC as we proved our case against Dave. Dave did not show up to defend himself, and we were (well, more like Randy was) awarded a default judgement. Dave never tried to defend himself, so the judgement was made final.

I saw the proof and I supplied more proof. I flew to Dallas with about 6" of paper (printouts from hahahahahahaha, ics logs, email messages and more)...I reviewed the proof that Randy had. Pretty cut and dry actually (probably why Dave didn't bother coming).

There is a reason that so many people continually 'call Dave out'. He is a scammer. What else explains the fact he has gone through atleast 5 or 6 different nic names...While most of us have had one? I have been in this business since 1996 and have always been known as Hef. When my last partner smeared my name around, I could have changed my name and tried to re-invent myself...But that is coward.

There have been many posts in the last week with people that Dave have ripped off. I really hope you paid attention while they were being posted and do not ask me to post links to them as I have better things to do.

Dave will claim that I am Randy's partner, and while that is true to some extent...I never had even met Randy until this Dave saga vrought us together, The same goes for Jeff. I had worked with Sykk before (by the way Sykk...guess who wont stop buggin me still . Fact is, Dave claims the we are all involved in a conspiracy against him...but none of us even knew eachother until Dave brought us together with his bull shit.

Just talked to Randy, and this may be coming to an end sooner than January...But lets do this...

I will be in Las Vegas for Internext. I will bring my proof. I will not scan it and post it. I call Dave out to be there (but I doubt he will)...Anyone who has any doubts to the type of business man Dave is...Lets sit down in Vegas and review the facts over dinner and drinks...If I prove my point, you buy. If I do not, I buy.

Dave...I know you will read this. Please come to Vegas. I will not hurt you physically, that is not my intention (although sometime I would like to). Come disprove the proof I have in a public forum where people can touch the evidence.

Jeff...Come if you can and bring your proof (email, ics logs on a laptop, printout from threads whatever)...

Randy...bring the file...Sure, you will have to check that fucker as baggage its so thick...but bring it.

There are many more people with deal gone bad...Bring your proof...Dave doesn't stand a chance.

I also invite any Dave symathizers...I am not a rich man...But I will put the first $1000 towards dinner if I cant prove my point. But be prepared to buy dinner for the countless number of people that Dave has scammed.

Dave is a great 'talker'...he can make almost anything beleivable...But until you have had first hand dealings with him, don't doubt anything which is said about him. It is a shame that he could not use his 'powers' to run a legitimate business, he would for sure be a player. But as all he knows how to do is cheat people and rip people off...He is forever doomed to be a pretender.

If anyone is interested in my proposal in Vegas...let me know, I am not going to lug the files out there for my health.

I also call out the others who know about Dave's scamms...Lets have a peoples court in Vegas. Dave can clear his name with everyone or go down in flames. But most likely will not show up to defend himself as in the past.

I send this knowing I will now get no work done all night as I battle Daves flames...But oh well.
