cool but it says: that the item is being "sold as a collectible only and does not give the holder any kind of law enforcement authority" but you can try .
might help but probably not..unless your "on the job" it wont mean shit...better of getting one of those blue and black stripe stickers and putting it on bumper...its for pigs
I had a police donation dude call me and basically try to get me to donate by saying that if they police ever pull me over and I have the sticker that they'd send me, they REAALLLLLLLLY would appreciate it, lol
I could almost hear him winking through the phone.
I have donated to the local Police for a little while now. 2 months ago I got a sticker from them and a license plate frame, which I put on my car.
I neglected to renew my tags and made a habit of going 5-10mph over the posted limit almost everytime I drove, to sort of test out if it affected the cops' decision to pull me over or not.
Well, in those two months there have been about 6 cops tailing me. Most pulled up real close and tailgated me for a few minutes, and then turned off or passed me.
The only thing I did when a cop was behind me was turn off my system. I didn't slow down, hesitate or anything. And not one of those times was I pulled over.
It will help if you know someone in a local department that you can say gave it to you ... they can't check to see if it's true ...you can say I have a brother that is on the Job and he gave it to me ... If you could cut me a break i would be grateful ...most of the time they will say to slow it down and cut you some slack ... I have a PBA membership card and it has gotten me out of two tickets ... but you can't be an ass and think because you have it he owes you ... state troopers almost never give you a break ..they suck ..
throw one on your bumper and drive past a cop with no seat belt on doing 5mph over speed limit and find out
They arrest you for 5 mph over ???

I'm sure this can help to a certain extent... here if you get arrested by the state police they rarely cut breaks.

5 MPH over the speed limit can be disputed in court and easily won. Most cops won't waste their time. However as of lately they are starting to crack down nation wide. But 5-8 miles over is disputable.
