slothtrader has worked out pretty well for me, you'll have to contact rowan though if you want a version that doesn't take the 1% skim

sloth can be set to generate hardlinks - even unscripted hardlinks - however it ranks only by raw hits and by 'value' (trade hits/hits out), not by clicks.

Can't go wrong with AutoRank.

You could use arrow trader lite. It has a toplist and if you're not skimming traffic with it the script doesn't take any as payment. I use this on FullBushGallery.com and it works great!

I've bought from 13scripts before, he was reliable. Also I think those scripts are licensed per webmaster, not per domain, unless I'm mistaken...

Also have a look at AT3. It doesn't skim from toplists (but does from galleries).
