watch out for the home free scams, that place has been out of business for some time and lots of people are trying to sell it for cash/card scams/ etc

unless you are planning to run a very small operation, I would recommend against using xpanel, I used to run it, not good at all unless you have a lot of time to configure your server properly, took me weeks, and don't even bother using the built-in advert-including functionality, it will break on more than a few thousand page views per day, it uses a perl script to include the ads every time a page is loaded.

not too mention you'll probably be hacked in no time, and all those fucking proxy lamers out there.. oh the pain...
