I have found nothing better than targetted search engine traffic.

nothing can beat it.

I guess unless you had targetted 'member section' traffic.

But of course a combination of 'some' of the above, is of course optimum.

personally I think every form of traffic is good (some being better than others of course), just as long as its not blind/exit/404 - If they have shown intrest to click to your site, they are a potential customer.

My priority is my own traffic. Several sources including all of the above. Whats the best? Depends what you want it for. Members area traffic makes the best sales for per signup sales...hands down.

the 1:30 conversions versus the 1:1000 makes sense to me. Ofcourse you can mix it up. All traffic is good traffic, you just have to know how to convert it.
