      Video Charge works great for me. http://www.videocharge.com/

      I think it has a 20 free trial so you can try it out beforehand. Hope that helps.

                If you're encoding to .avi, Virtualdub is all you need, best of all it's free.
                Has tons of plugins, filters and tutorials. It's capable of doing everything those expensive sharewares can do and more
