    Watermarking clips without re-encoding

I need a simple program that can watermark my clips.

Just a simple text watermark is fine.

That's impossible... you have to re-encode the video to put any new layer on top of it unless you have a third party program (such as a subtitle display program) that will overlay the image on top of the playing video.

Yeah I mean re-encode with the same settings so that I can add a watermark without getting less quality than the original.

I figured out a way to add a logo with VirtualDub. So far its working good.

Any re-encoding and you will lose some quality regardless so that's unavoidable. I just use VirtualDub for everything I do, works great everytime.

have a flash programmer create your own flash player with embeded watermark on flash player itself. once you play unwatermarked movie.. it will auto-watermarked your movies without re encoding them..
