GALLIANO, La. (AP) - Lafourche Parish Sheriff's deputies have arrested a man accused of giving beer to his eight-month-old baby.
Deputies say the suspect also kicked the baby's mother, attempted to bribe arresting officers and resisted arrest.
Sheriff's spokesman Larry Weidel says deputies arrested 25-year-old Carlos Cruz.
Cruz was booked with domestic abuse battery, domestic abuse-child endangerment, cruelty to a juvenile, disturbing the peace, three counts of resisting an officer, obscenity, improper supervision, two counts of public intimidation and two counts of public bribery.
