Best open source tools for website management ?

I've been looking into open source content management scripts at hotscripts.com. I need something that'll use one template and generate the HTML dynamically, preferably file-based (don't wanna mess with MySQL).

The two I've found so far are phpCMS and TemplatePower. Any experiences with those scripts ?

    Thanks

There is a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in.

Your computer was just blown away, enjoy it until next reboot. Chears!

Oh no! I'm using Windows... so that only gives me 6 hours max!

Luckily, I have a DualBios and just about everything is backed up (yes, my first instinct here is "hoax" -- especially since my mailboxes are still fine... but ya never know).
