    The fact that it was found unconstitutional is good, but the disturbing part is who originally put it there, Chief Justice Roy Moore!

    Judges are supposed to be impartial and their job is to interpret what the law says in an objective manner. Could this guy make his religious bias anymore obvious?

    I wouldn't want to have to defend an internet obscenity case in front of that judge. Garaunteed to lose. That court has the lord on it's side and his name is Roy Moore.

    Yep the US has got to keep Religion seperate from Govenment. but its sure getting closer and closer.

            Shit, I'm not worried about mandatory chuchgoing ... I sure as hell don't like Federal $ to church-run charities. You can bet that the Republican$ in the Senate will go along with the House and pass funding for the Office of Faith Based initiatives next year. Talk about a good way to keep buying the votes of the churchladies ...
