ICQ, need help here

Ive noticed that alot of communication is through ICQ. So I decided to download it to network here. As Im going through the sign up questions, it asks me to type in the number I see. That number never appeared. And so I try to download it again. And still nothing. This is BULLSHIT! Am I the only one with this problem or has this happen to anyone else?

Or does anyone know a solution? Thanks
