So they are billing customers, but want me to fill out an application for an account to get funds.

I don't want an account.. what should I do just cancel the members?

I just got an email that a customer wants a refund. very interesting that they are billing them since I haven't gotten any payout.

Besides who gave Ibill the authorization to move my rebills? I know I didn't.

Are you actually able to log in and see your statistics at all?

I can't see anything in the stats when I log in... Not one rebill going through, nothing. If rebills are being charged, but aren't showing in the stats, I'd like to know.

if you have the info, email your members after you cancel them and tell them that etelegate is illegally trying to charge their credit card and to complain to their bank or etelegate might keep trying to bill them.

that will create a huge headache for ETG

i have motherfuckers calling my house asking if this is etelegate, they have my # as the customer service #. it all fucking sucks.
