Hi,

I am rather new to this board, and communityin general. I was just browsing thru all the old posts I have missed in the last few days, and I noticed several post about Nzdesignz.

These posts caught my eye because I recently contracted him to do some designz for me (TGP site Layouts). Now it appears that he has a aless than perfect history, I have no clue what the details are. And it is quite likely that had I known this ahead of time I probably wouldn't have contracted him. But I dont regret it.

Dan underbid everyone who bid for the contract. He provided me with great designs, better then I was expecting even. for an AWESOME price. He was flexible and fast.

Now I personally wont vouch for anyone but myself, I dont place my reputation on the shoulders of others, my word is my word.

But I will say this, I will be usuing him in the future, and if anyone asks me for a designer, he will be recomended. There is always a chance I could recomend someone I shouldnt, and thats a risk everyone takes whenever they recomend someone.

But I do believe that IF there were issues in the past, that, from the result I recieved, this is man who is trying to do good business. And If he needs a second chance, I feel he deserves it.

I dont wana get into, he said she said, what he has done in the past. I personally believe in second chances, and I feel he deserves it.

C'mon, I'm trying to be serious. I love to fuck around just like everyone else, but when push comes to shove, I think people come first.

The only thing I'm saying is he has produced, and well. He came thruwith his promises, and delivered quality work. If that doesnt entitle someone to a second chance, what does. The eeffort was there.

I dont wanna get into any childish games on this one. If you have personal issues with him, at least be amture about this one.

I dont know him personally at all, I'm not even on a first name basis with him, but I do feel if he has had issues in the past, he is at least TRYING.

Thats fine, I'm just letting everyone know, he HAS rpoduced, ontime, and with quality.

Your opinion is yours. and don't get me wrong, I completly understand that there are people who have done things in the past that would make it hard to get back into the game with a decent rep. And it's almost impossible to sompletly live down a reputation. And if I had known, It's most likly i wouldt have even hired him.. But the thing is, It doesnt matter.. It all worked out.

I think a TGP is about the only thing that hack would be capable of actually creating.

He got what he paid for, and 'more than he expected' and promptly - so it doesn't matter if all he did was tgp designs, that is what he paid for... if you pay someone to do a paysite, and you don't like their portfolio of paysites, then it'd be your own fault for hiring them..

I paid practically nothing for it.. I know what the going rate is... and he did it for well under the going rate of 50$...

I got more than I paid for..

I paid for simple and fast designs.. I got simple and fast designs cheaper than I could anywhere else.

I'm not endorsing his skills.. god knows I'm far from a designer and no expert in the field.. All I know is he satisfied me thoroughly in a business sense.. what else is there to it?

I cant even design nearly as good as that.. I'm a programmer... I HAVE to pay someone, but i DONT want anything more than that. How much would you charge me for that? I guarauntee you wont be willing to do it as cheap as he did.

Why can't you guys understand this, I dont care what you think of the quality of the design.. I GOT WHAT I WANTED.. if you dont think he can make what you want... the dont hire him. I'm not saying 'Hire this guy, he is a great designer'.. I'm saying, he produces and he gave me a good deal.

Besides, I would not even suggest you even consider my opinion when it comes to design.. I dont have designs skills.. and I don't really know what good design involves.. I know what someone who does good business is.. and i know he lived up to my expectations for a contractor who tries to please his clients.

I've used nzdesigns myself.
I didn't know there WAS a bad reputation to be considered. What he's done for me has been good. He's been respectful and eager to please. He's worked for me several times, and I've always been happy with what I got from him. He's always reasonably priced, and gets the stuff down on time. He did an AVS site for me (maturelibrary.com)- plus banners, and he's doing some gallery templates for me now.

I use more than one designer - depending on what I want done -
Just as I don't use more than one processor, or one sponsor, or even one host. But I will use nz again when the need arises in the future.

Other designers that I've used that I've heard about from this board
ZayneE - this man is genius

Mark2000 - did the gramma image logo for grammacash & a new one for a nonadult site we're working on www.scariest.com
Marty from AdultOne - my first professional designer that I would use MORE if he'd answer his damn mail This guy has the most unique way of looking at things and is really DAMN clever.

It wasnt a rip off.. that is the point.. i got my moneys worth... He provided me with MORE THAN WHAT I PAID FOR... I posted because i noticed the other threads, I just felt like standing up and saying

'Hey, I dont know about his past. But he has definatly produced, and satified me as a client"

Wouldn't you if you were in my shoes, I have been a contractor.. and I would like to think that if I were in shoes simmilar to his, clients for whom i have provided quality work for would do the same.

I will not get into a argument TeenGodFather but that is how I layout all my styles How the fuck else are you meant to lay them out. It is a nice clean html then and if my client wants to edit it they can. Just face it I am trying my best to make people happy, obviously I will never please some of you but that is ok.

Umm.. like maybe use different colors than the site you copied them from, or is it cheer luck you happened to choose the exact same HEX values? ..also, you didn't use hex values in all the spots, but used 'white' and 'black' in the same spot as the site you took them from, why? If you take something off some sites, I suggest (for your own sake) that you would modify them a bit even. This thread is a joke.

Also.. are you trying to say the toplist isn't 100% copy from Spycam's?

I was just saying what it was worth... I'm not trying to steal anything, actually if you've read my other posts about NzDesigns, you'll find that I was quite objective about the whole thing
