or just if they support .swf format

I also believe that flash doesn't require any support from the host. The viewer just has to have a flash-player plugin.Blue Sites Network

Just upload the swf file.. If it doesn't
seem to upload, they don't allow you
to use flash appearently.. I think almost
all hosts allow you to upload swf files as
long as they are not 1MB+=========================
