Gator strikes back

Gator's a program that covers a webpage's ads with its own advertisers' ads. Of course, this pisses off a lot of webmasters. They're currently being sued for this business practice. In a classic turn of events, Gator filed cross complaints against the plaintiffs: http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/23/28027.html

Exactly. Should be interesting legal precedent cuz Xites.com and other more private label companies use the same tactics as Gator.
