CCBIll site owners- question regarding server

I am about to move my sites to a new server.

What files do I need to move so that CCBill can still work on my sites??

Is it enough if I move all .htpasswd files and all my site-files including my cgi-bin??

you gotta adjust the cgi paths etc, contact ccbill plus most hosts move server content for you, you might wanna ask if they do, saves a lotta time
