ulead make a good basic one with templates in it but i'm sticking with adobe encore - they all cost $ though

i just tried an Ulead program that came with MSP 7 - gotta have a look at the DVD at home in a "real" DVD player - we'll see

DVD LAB Pro is cool, but not free
DVDAuthorGUI is a very simple freeware with basic functions
