Strongbox support?

Anybody knows who can help me providing their e-mails or ICQ. My fucking secret word is not working in my login page and my members can not access member area about 2 hours ago. I think it is related to their script.

I suppose your server admin would probably know better than a random guy at GFY...

I use CCBill as primary and Verotel as secondary. I am changing Verotel to Paycom. I sent some info to Paycom guys to install their script but since then the secret word is not working.

I would like to know if one of processor can cause this or is a system error. Ver strange and fucked me up since my site is down for 3 hours.

Hi christian,

check the apache error log for that site for any errors with turingimage.cgi

The script is causing a 500 Server Error which could mean different things, but its hard to say what without checking the error log.

You can disable Strongbox as well temporarily by renaming your current .htaccess to something else and and rename .htaccess_old to .htaccess.

Now is fixed. Sorry for the DRAMA...but sucks to see the site down for more than 4 hours

The secret word image not being displayed is usually due to turingimage.cgi failing to write the turing images to the server. So usually it is a permissions issue on the .htcookie/turings directory or somewhere along those lines.
