ive got a processing question about ccbill/paycom

I was wondering how trials worked with ccbill or paycom. lets say i want to offer a $1.95, will i only be charged the 14% processing fee, or will I have to pay a per transaction fee for the charge as well?

I'm asking this because i was researching merchant accounts before realizing 3rd party will be the best way for me to go.. but banks charge a percentage as well as a per transaction fee, which i am assuming ccbill/paycom will get charged with from their underwriting bank.. so 14% of 1.95 is 27 cents, ccbill/paycom still have a buy fee from their underwriting bank, plus probably a per-transaction fee, they can't be making money off trials, so i wanted to know if someone can explain to me how this works.

    thanks!

ccbill charges a straight percentage on trials, no per transaction fee
