    Looking for a program

I have 100 dir's on my hd with 20 pics in each im looking for a program that will rename the pics to 1.jpg 2.jpg and so on.

also im looking for a program that will make me thumbs 1_1.jpg 1_2.jpg and so on.

what im looking for is something that will go thru all the dir's and do this i dont want to spend all day renaming pictures by hand and making thumbs
