    seo question

    do links on a page going to other pages on the same domain count as outgoing links?

                          For example I read that if you have more than 100 outbound links on a page(including navigation links) Google penalizes PR. In that case they would count.

                                  the answer is no...

                                  even links to subdomains are not counted as outgoing links...
                                  bbb.aaa.com = www.aaa.com/bbb/

                                      I got a site with around 400 pages. Would I get penalized if I link back to another site with the same anchor text on all 400 pages?
