    Is anyone here using CRM?

For your adult or mainstream sites? Anyone researching customer relationship management software or already using a program?

Just downloaded and set this one up last week. It is free and server based if that matters to you. I was using one of microsofts overpriced and bulky business softwares, but it does more than I could ever need so I am in the process of looking for something else too, either p.c. or server based.

Searching over the last week I have come to the belief that people are really proud of their software whether it is worth it or not.

I use to use www.SalesForce.com, I did not like it. Itook too much time to program it the way I needed it to work. There are other programs out there. GoldMine, Outlook 2003 has a CRM (but it is not that good). There are serveral others on the market too.
