Just how twisted can content get and still be allowed?
No piss, scat, cp, underage models, puke, welt type beating, etc.

They allow a lot of stuff, but I think that the site has to be based around something else. Like glamoru girls outside, and then if they are all pissing, that is ok.

The new rule seems to be simple, if you have to ask about it, it's not allowed.

You are asking a question that none of the billing companies are comfortable answering. As for CCBill, they spell it out in their online AUP. But good luck finding out what "extreme violence" is supposed to mean, just as an example. And I have gotten different answers every time I ask whether the additions to the AUP CCBill made in 2005, such as no watersports on a person, applies just to new sites, as they first announced, or to all existing CCBill sites now.

The situation with Epoch is more difficult. I have gotten very different answers to the same question, depending on which compliance officer I talked with, in regards to Epoch's rules. As best I can tell, they recently banned all watersports content on a person as well, matching CCBill, though it was not formally announced. Both companies seem to be about the same as far as what they will allow, and it only gets more restrictive over time. The best bet might be to check out the most extreme sites each one processes, as that seems to be their actual limits in regards to content.

CCbil had no problems telling me directly. Was rather simple, they were very certain that the bank would reject it. So I forget it and move on.
