I've sent Ox 5 messages over the course of 2 months politely reqesting to have my ref. code changed. Does anyone have a more effective means of contacting them other than [email protected]?

Same here - + all of my renewals have dissapeared both from their new stats report and jettis report as well - looks very shitty and I hope I will get paid for them cos renewals are 90% of my earnings there

I found my missing sales I loged in to the stats with the old password (the one before they changed it) and found my sales in those stats for november

It's hard to make money with it now -- but still possible... and the dialer isn't making me money either.

It will be nice when they finish up all their upgrades... I mean they removed the tour preferences... and the message board... but they seem to be adding new features to their system all the time -- I have to admit I'm kindof impressed...
