    Improving Domains Value

    Just wondering if any of you have any good suggestions on what to do to improve a brand new purchased domain and bump up its value before selling it?

      Get it into DMOZ.
      Get a PR higher than 3.
      Get it into SE's.

      Or better yet..

      Pray a similar domain gets sold for 1 gazillion dollar and ride its wave.

                              Depending on the name and your price range, you could put up some kind of script/design and get a few more bucks out of it.

                              Unless its a great type-in name which you expect to get over $500.
