is it possible to send a paypal payment to myself???

what i came up with was to send the cash from my epassporte account to either my nochex account or paypal account.

i.e. click on "send money" (on paypal or nochex) and fill in the details of my virtual visa instead of my actual visa details!
like someone paying you without having a paypal account!

should be ok right??

would this work or is it against paypal/nochex rules??
