Need autosubmitter for wordpress.

Looking for a plugin that would allow me to "pre-post" blog post and set it to auto submit for me. I'm lazy. And cheap, so free would be good.

That's already built into WordPress. Just change the time stamp to whenever you want it to post.

I'm trying to find the article again, but I read there was some issues with that and google sitemaps/ping.

Yes when you publish a post for a future date it gets added to the sitemap right away.
Best I can think of is to just save them all as drafts and then login and publish once per day.
Only takes 5 minutes and you can probably do it with a blackberry/pda if you're out of town.
