so there's been this fued going on for about a year now between a former associate of mine, my girlfriend, and myself. what started it was this guy, i'll call him tim, accused me of stealing drugs from him. in retaliation, he stole a digital camera with VERY PRIVATE photos i had recently taken, and was showing the pictures around town while i was on the other side of the country for job training. when i got back, i knocked the crap out of him. he upped the ante by smashing the windows out of my car while i was at work one night. all i want is to be left alone by this psycho, but we live in a rather small town, and it's hard to avoid running into him, especially since i work downtown, and he is currently homeless, living somewhere downtown. just a few minutes ago, i went to get something out of my car, only to find him scoping it out. he ran when he saw me, but GOD DAMMIT! what am i supposed to do? he's everywhere i go it seems, and the police don't do SHIT.
suggestions? how can i cut this fucking tumor out of my life?

Just need to let him know his life will be ended if he is even suspected of being near you and your shit. People like this are usually cowards and a proper headkicking where they realise their life is in your hands can shake them up a bit. So let him know and if you see him again make sure he gets the message and a visit to A&E!

first of all i DIDN'T steal any drugs, he was cracked out and LOST drugs. as they say, only users lose drugs.

and a beating doesn't seem to sink in with this guy. the last time we danced, i sent him to the hospital where he was the proud recipient of 27 stiches. that would have gotten MY attention...

See what you gotta do is break something painfull like a collar bone or his fore arm espeicially when he is snooping around your car. That way anytime he thinks about messing with you again, he will remember how much it hurt. in our last "encounter" 2 tendons were severed in his left knee.....he'll never have a full range of motion again. plus, i didn't knock him out, i left him screaming and bleeding. how could you forget a thing like that?
