Jettis and php

Jettis uses php to track sales. My paysite was tracking fine until I went with a frame at the top. Does anyone know if php can pass the affiliate code through frames? If so, what would be the best way to do it?

You can add this to your frameset:

<frame name="main" src="blablabla.php?id=<? print $_GET["id"]; ?>">
