    both...always good to spread your eggs, and both have good solid reputation.

          Both if you are rich. Most programs use them both but if you have a choice use ccbill becasue paycom is acting funny. when i send traffic it gets refered to the epassporte. I get this when I join paycom sites to. anyone know why? either way, ccbill scrubs a lot but they are dependable so go with them if you only need one

              Basically they will process only the best cards for you. This is due to many factors, and seems to be subject to fluxuations which drive webmasters on this and other forums insane. I think the essence of scrubbing is they keep a large file of people that they will not process, people who have charged back in past, commited fraud etc..
