I can do it in about 10 minutes. The hard part is getting the softmod/autoinstaller downloaded and burned to disc. Usually takes a while to get it downloaded.

The install process itself is a piece of cake once you have everything you need.

You can hook an old pc up to the xbox and stream content from that pc to your HDTV tv... Nice for watching episodes!

Xbox's are pretty cool, they can be used for tons of stuff, lol.
