Domain help

I have these 2 domains: myeuphony.com/net. Now the company euphony (http://www.euphony.com) contacted me that they will pay me ?1000 to transfer the domains to them if not they will sue me for them. They have the trademark for the word euphony.
Do I stand a chanche conidering that euphony is just a word that's in the directory ? Not that I need the domains but they just really seem to want them...

sell em.. make a counter offer. They will go along with it most likely. If they sue you for it it will cost them more, so don't ask crazy high.. it's what I would do.. maybe someone else would do it different.
