Then I think he partnered with someone and started to do ok, though he was still a big joke to most people.

I'd say it was Choker, except it wasn't a million uniques a month, it was per DAY, with hundreds of smaller TGP's, many getting under 5k/day, all networked together.

And I believe he surpassed that mark long ago.
